Rationale

Populate initial contract_sha for so1-console after petrova_onboard landed .petrova/contract.yaml on main (so1-console#323, blob 631e37c6ea63). Registry-entry-first onboarding: the entry was registered (#158) with no contract_sha; this is the first fill, not a drift reconcile (reconcile_drift NO_DRIFT_DETECTED since no prior sha). Closes neverland edge E10 (petrova#165).
