2026-05-24 — Edit registry for hermes

Date: 2026-05-24 Status: ratified Verb: petrova_act_registry_edit Slug: hermes MR-compliance: MR-4, MR-7, MR-12

Bump contract_sha to the final post-Phase-1f value (4dd1b98dde8f). Squashes two contract evolutions that landed together in hermes PR #9 (commit cfcbef3): (a) the schema-conforming trim that relocated narrative prose to docs/findings/20260524-0741-integration-pending-rationale.md, and (b) the eva.consumption.v1 migration that switched the eva block from the legacy envelope to the v1 surfaces schema per petrova-codes/docs/decisions/2026-05-08-adopt-eva-consumption-v1.md. Doctor now reports eva=ok (previously unreachable as legacy-shaped). Supersedes the closed petrova-codes PR #146 (which would have pinned the intermediate fa18fd8607b4 value mid-flight). Clears the contract_drift signal that the next sweep-state run would otherwise raise against the f13990870f1e pin in the registry.
